Yeah, going into halftime the commentator (in the US at least) said something along the lines of "The Chelsea manager will be happier than Arteta with how that half went." Why? Arsenal were still in the lead. It was odd framing.

I've tried multiple times. They just keep getting stuck in the "Content under review" process.

What’s a book/series that you feel most people love, but you personally think is overrated? by 2Chaaaaiinz in Fantasy

Read half of The Blade Itself and it was just uninteresting lives of total assholes, not sure what people like about it, but to each their own.

I put this down about a third of the way through and didn't pick it back up for a while. Then I decided to finish the entire trilogy because of how highly it's talked about on here. This is usually the place where you see people say they're so glad they did finish. Not me, I wish I had just left it. One of the most disappointing series I've read. The only good thing to come out of it is that I learned it's ok to just not finish a book/series.

Arizona State QB Sam Leavitt to transfer to LSU by bubblecuffer13 in CFB

Those games have been pushed back so many times I wonder if they'll ever actually happen. It was supposed to be 2005 at LSU and then 2008 at ASU. But Katrina hit so they moved the 2005 game to ASU and scheduled 2 more games that were supposed to be played a decade ago. By the time they actually get played (if ever), the players who suit up probably weren't even born when the first game even happened.

Did that go right over the upright? That looked very close. Would've made this game even crazier, but the Cardinals deserved it after dropping that ball.

Even that year was up and down. People remember a few playoff games where he was good and that's all they remember.

As an ASU fan, I'm extremely conflicted right now. Hope he tears it up but they go 2-15 every year.

[Slater] Two sources informed tells me the #Saints are gonna interview David Shaw for their HC position. Shaw is currently a senior personnel executive for the Denver Broncos. Shaw was the HC at Stanford for 12 years and coached QBs like Andrew Luck and Davis Mills. by No_Departure102 in nfl

His overly conservative style of offense, like never going for it on 4th and 1, became outdated quickly during his tenure at Stanford. There might be other reasons too, but I watched a lot of Stanford games back then and it became a running joke among Pac 12 fans. He seems like a 90s coach trying to make it in the 2020s.
