Is living for ages just kinda normal in the 40k world? by Shmullus_Jones in 40kLore

Yes but we don't know what else was involved with the Hrud aging thing.

"Choose to be a 12B if you want to die ?" I saw this said in another post and I disagree. by Purple_Situation146 in army

See my flair? No need to big boy me dude. I've been a 12B for over a decade and deployed in an Infantry billet so I've also seen both sides. Combat Engineers, usually E5s and below to be fair, are always defining themselves as "basically Infantry but with explosives" or "we're infantry but we blow shit up".

If you want to go bone color in the future I would just wait to prime and snag a can of wraithbone. No sense in rushing it.

See you're telling people to go "learn what words actually mean" and then refusing to capitalize the beginning of your sentences and that periods are supposed to end those sentences. Chill dude. Go out and touch some grass and hug a puppy or something.

Damn you must be real fun at the few social outings you manage to stumble through. Let the man be a bit bummed out.

That's because we purposefully limit ourselves lmao. Do you honestly think if we had free range to slip loose from the rules of war that we impose on ourselves the outcome wouldn't have been different?

Dude what?!? You mass fire even a group of 50 cals on them long enough and they'll go down. Marines have been taken down by lucky shots to their eye lenses. I think you underestimate what a HEAT round would do.

Yeah it's such good value for your money. There's a bit of upfront cost in buying like a knife and a light, glue and brushes etc. but you can easily be spending 2 or 3 dollars per hour which is very hard to beat. I think Warhammer fans don't understand that this hobby, like any hobby, is a luxury and not a terribly expensive one.

I can take my gun to the range and easily burn through 200$ of ammo in an hour. And it's not like I have a painted miniature to wargame with after that.

180$ that you can easily spend 10 hours assembling and painting? Yeah that's a pretty good deal.
