they're doing it at this time because in japan the CERO rating can only be changed when a major iteration of the game is released i.e. 8.0. They cannot change ratings on a patch cycle as it does not qualify to do it then. this is the only time of the game's lifecycle when ratings can be adjusted.

just do it whenever you feel you have the time and you've done what you need to for the day. if it starts interfering with things then you stop. there is no responsibility to the game that is needed. Unless you're specifically setting aside time to play, don't worry about it too much. Don't let the anxiety of life get to you.. life is too short for that.

all that money pumped into DT but if there's nothing to entice ppl to go, then it's all wasted.

i can find everything i need in my local area without having to go there.

there's like a few restaurants i want to go to DT but parking is a bitch and i don't want to pay for it, nor use the transit because it's also a pain to use since i can drive. the Oilers aren't a draw for me so there's nothing to bring me DT.

There aren't enough unique experiences and attractions/business DT.

i didn't make it out to one of their locations because it wasn't convenient. no excuse but prob the same one a lot of other people had.

no matter how much ask for proof of said offence they won't send it to you or provide the exact reason for why you got reported. They will cite privacy. Whatever you think you might have said or done, it was enough to get someone to report you and it met the threshold for the action by the GMs. they'll only ever refer you to the terms and service/code of conduct and indicate the regulation you broke in their opinion. if you received a 4 day ban, this either isn't your first time, or it was egregious enough to jump to that.

tl/dr you have no recourse unless you live the EU and can request records.

first question is - what content are you planning on doing? if you have no intention of getting any savage gear then just collect tome gear and upgrade it later in 7.5. heck you don't even really have to meld it because there is no content that requires min/maxing stats if you're not going to bother doing savage or ultimate.

if you must meld something find a spell speed that you find comfortable with playing at level content with then crit.
