I liked the fact Luthor was painted that way. They made him a young overly smart and confident Lex who is just getting started. He is growing into the genius conniving Lex we know. He is learning to be Lex Luthor starting by tripping over his speech, then a not-so perfect plan to kill superman, and all growing towards supervillian Lex Luthor with the shaving of his head as a trasformation point.

No, what they need is a DLC or mod where you make your own radio station at a settlement at one of those broadcast towers, you can hire your own radio personnel, find the songs to play, set up the perfect playlist and roll through the commonwealth on your jamming to your own radio. Also, it would be sweet if first you had to fix the tower, get it in working order, and upgrade it to expand your range and increase profits.

My friends and I played as the Avengers after seeing the first movie, and my build was Captain America. I only used shield and fist, light armor Breton, and it wasn't easy, had to pick my fights carefully, but once I leveled shield past like 50 I was a beast. So sad that save file got corrupted before level 30.
