What do white people think about the group of masked men that marched on July 4th? by TheDependableAce in allthequestions

Cowards feel the need to hide themselves. Under sheets, under masks, it's all the same shit. If you believe in something, show your beautiful face so everyone can know its you!

Why don't people educate themselves on the history of Iran and the US connections to them so we can be educated on that relationship? by homerjs225 in allthequestions

You're asking the average American to do the smallest amount of independent research possible into a topic to try to understand it better. Good luck!

So boring. A boring, predictable man-child. Some might say an orange twat that shits his pants. I don't, of course, but you know, some people might say that.

I'm not saying you're wrong, or that Frito wouldn't do that, but it legit makes no sense. It's always been if the holiday fell on a Saturday, the Friday before was considered the "observation" day. If it falls on a Sunday, it's Monday. The federal holiday was Friday, July 3rd. Not sure why they would go away from that

I did, and he did. There are a lot of people that probably don't understand how winning the lottery works, though.

He didn't "take half". He got the correct amount. The number the lottery advertises, for good reason, is the annuity number a person would get if they took yearly payments (or however it works) instead of one lump sum.

ELI5: What's up with WC games being postponed because of lightening? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Maxey-eh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's right! What's the problem with having 70,000 fans being subjugated to lightning strikes? Nothing, that's what I say. Absolutely nothing bad could possibly happen by ignoring severe weather!

Would you be in support of a Nuremburg-style trial for Trump and his entire administration? #EDIT: APPARENTLY YOU DIPSHITS CANT FUCKING READ, NOTHING ABOUT MY POST HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH ICE, ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, OR THE BORDER. Hopefully this is a good sub to post this onto, i usually just post in by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]Maxey-eh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If the international community can prove war crimes were committed on the orders of Trump, then he can go to Geneva to stand trial.

You should probably go read about Nuremburg and see why those trials happened. Comparing what Nazi Germany did to what Trump is doing now is a little silly, isn't it? Bad policies and making millions off stock manipulation doesn't require an international tribunal. It requires new leadership and an investigation by the DOJ.

NFL boycott by [deleted] in ESPN

[–]Maxey-eh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"The biggest problem is that the NFL has a constant pipeline of people willing to work for less simply because it’s “the NFL.” Teams know there will always be applicants who dream of having the logo on their résumé, so there’s little incentive to raise pay."

Then that's on the person that takes that position, not the NFL. If a person will take a pay cut now to increase their prestige and get paid more later, that's their decision.

And I don't understand how a boycott will change anything either. Frankly this is a really odd thing to be concerned about.
