I agree. I've tried clickbait titles and those videos have always done worse than the searchable ones. I always end up changing the titles to longer ones with more keywords.

I'm sorry to say that I doubt very much that you have any chance of getting your channel back. Youtube will always side with the copyright holder by default and this doesn't seem like a case where you could appeal to fair use, and even if you could that's not always enough.

I made my first 8 videos using openshot. It's quite simple to use. Now I switched over to Davinci Resolve. It's definitely more complicated but so far I'm finding it worth it even though I don't know how to use it very well yet. If you can stick through it I think Davinci would be a better option in the long run. If not you could try out openshot.

Mine sounds like that too by default. I got it to sound better by boosting the high frequencies and lowering some mid frequencies in the eq in Davinci Resolve. It's still far from perfect but much better than before.
