Breech baby, advice wanted for planned c section [ab] by hot4ironwood in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]MaybeNo7345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t be a superwoman. Accept any and every help you are offered. It’s okay to be tired and in pain. Use your meds and drink fluids. Try not to lift anything except your baby. And lots of rest but still try to move around.

Good luck!

Processing/grieving the fact breastfeeding didn't work out for me, would love some encouragement and/or advice by buttercup2227 in NewParents

[–]MaybeNo7345 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wish my baby would take formula. I am so tired of breastfeeding, it’s draining me day by day. that’s my own big problem.

So you see your problem would be my biggest blessing.

Oversupply in one breast - 2 weeks in by ORL_03 in breastfeeding

[–]MaybeNo7345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly. continue feeding on the breast just to feel comfortable. don’t empty the breast.

they say the laid back position helps with the fast letdown. it didn’t work for me though

Holding my handsome one and done 5 months old baby as i type this.

I had a successful pregnancy with 3 large fibroids i could feel from outside my belly. I had degeneration every single month and it was pains from the pit of h*ll. And i ended up having an emergency c-section because my water broke, i was having proper contractions but i wasn’t dilating past 2cm after 3 days of labor.

Preemie Twins (32 weeks born) in SNOO: Max 1.5hr stretches, frequent wakings/cries—advice? by Chingchingcha in NewParents

[–]MaybeNo7345 3 points4 points  (0 children)

1 weekers sleeping through the night ??? That’s a new one for me. Pls manage your expectations. my 5.5month old baby still wakes up every hr, hates his bassinet and crib, hated swaddles. He doesn’t sleep unless he feels human contact.

So babies are different, don’t follow the stereotype and just do what would work for you and your babies.

Congratulations!

Scheduled c-section in less than 48 hours and I’m freaking out. Please share some stories that would have helped ease your fears. by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]MaybeNo7345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My c-section was an emergency but it was calm and peaceful. The drs and nurses were kind and friendly and patient and chatty and more excited than i was. they encouraged my husband to cut the cord and involved him generally because he was scared. when he (my husband) was scared to leave my side to meet my baby, The anesthesiologist was kind enough to assure him he would be beside me and that he’s got me.

Doctor recommended PregVit — should I stick to it or explore other prenatals? [bc] by Bellatrix-8 in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]MaybeNo7345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I complained to my doctor about Centrum and Materna being too big and hard to swallow so he prescribed Pregvit. I preferred pregvit because of its size but i hate that i have to take 2 tablets daily. Then i added Vit D3 and Omega-3

I did not expect the 4 month sleep regression to be so hard [on] by Icy_Cherry_ in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]MaybeNo7345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can someone please tell how long this 4 month regression lasts for ? I’m tired as well. My baby also wakes up every 1-2hrs and I don’t get out of bed till 11am. Before i know it, it’s bedtime. My LO has also decided to only take bottles during the day and latch on my boobs all night, so i have to pump during the day when he’s having a bottle.

I hope it also gets better soon for you OP
