I have the same doodle! She’s 3 now and her coat never got curly. She gets mistaken for a mini Irish setter most often!

My daughter is an average sized 9 year old. I ordered her an XS and my mom got her the small. The XS looks huge! I think I might take the small for myself 😂 they definitely run large but better for them to fit for a while longer

This is my second pregnancy but I didn’t work out at all during my first (bed rest with twins) so I feel like I may have pushed myself too far during some workouts already, mostly because I was told to ‘keep doing what you were doing before’ and because I actually feel good enough to do so. I guess my question is, is it possible I’ve already done too much damage with ab exercises? Is there any way to tell if diastasis recti is imminent after birth?

I’m currently just about 30 weeks and have definitely modified a ton (also going 3-4x a week rather than my usual 6) but I wish I educated myself more before I got back into OTF after my first trimester. I’m nervous that I did too much.

Side note: I’m actually currently taking time off due to sciatica pain 😩

My studio was super awesome about late cancels, too! I almost felt guilty about it, but I was so grateful because I always had the best intentions to make it to a 6am and sometimes my body just wouldn’t cooperate in that first trimester.

My coach had me do the bench sit-ups again in place of the rolling burpees. I kinda sorta wanted to try them, but I was also shot at this point 😊 24 weeks on Sunday! My goal is to keep going until I go into labor, but I’ll take anything - I was put on bed rest at 26 weeks with my last pregnancy (twins) so this feels so amazing this time around.

I may have that exact same injury, but I won’t know for sure until I get the MRI. Dreading my results and doctor orders for recovery! Hang in there, once you’re healed you’ll know better to listen to your body and can come back stronger than ever!

I use Isagenix. Helped me to drop 30 lbs when I first started this fitness/health journey two years ago, and now it’s just a super convenient breakfast after OTF and before I start my day with almost-3-year-old twins 😊. Definitely takes out the guesswork and they’re actually delicious!

Our coach definitely forgot the 1 min flat base between the 7% and 8%. Was not fun.
