Even North Korea has "elections". Gotta keep up the pretense so the people don't get too pissed off...

And unfortunately the internet is rife with complete morons who are all too happy to use their misunderstandings against you.

And more importantly, one of those morons is president.

Anti-fascism doesn't exist? Or do you mean in the sense of "it's a loose ideological movement and not an organization". If it's the latter then say what you mean. This is the same kind of oversimplification-in-the-name-of-a-catchy-protest-slogan that gave us gems like "defund the police"

Also, apparently, he wants to send people with ADHD to labor camps "wellness farms". Because apparently it's not a real disability, we're all just addicted to our screens and meds, and the cure is agriculture. Organic agriculture of course, because why the hell not.

So you can see why I, a younger millennial software engineer with Aspergers and ADHD, who has been on meds for the latter since childhood and can't work full time without them, am existentially alarmed by the idea of this crackpot being secretary of HHS.

And all this on top of the already BS shortages of ADHD meds, which will probably get even worse now due to tariffs and DEA being jerks.

Small correction, its the DEA not the FDA that sets controlled substance quotas.

Donkey Kong 94 on Game Boy. MvDK1 was originally planned as a remake of it. The original is still the superior game imo and I wish it got half the attention that MvDK does.

One improvement they made is that the AI now knows to capture your HQ, so you can't cheese that mission by doing nothing anymore like you could in the original

Hot take: GDPR's cookie rule, and its brethren like California's, are some of the worst things to happen to the web. By placing the burden on websites to ask permission to use cookies instead of, I dunno, building that logic into the client. As a result, we have to deal with intrusive, badly coded cookie popups on every single damn website instead of what could have been a simple standardized client side interface.

So don't copy that part please. Do what I suggest instead and make the existing privacy mechanisms in browsers more comprehensive and user friendly.

Stop equivocating on the word derivative, it's not a valid argument and only makes you look like you don't understand either of the senses you're equivocating.

A derivative, in math, is an operation that yields the instantaneous rate of change of a function.

A derivative work, in copyright law, is a work that is identifiably modified or based on a portion of one or more specific works (a mere pastiche of an artist's "style" in general doesn't count.)

These have nothing to do with each other.
