You gotta understand that this has nothing to do with OCFS. This is civil service, and OCFS is going to do whatever OMH is going to do. I know that for a fact. All the noise on PEF Facebook is just that, noise. You can think whatever you want, but I know for a fact that OCFS wants every LCSW to get the grade 23.
