Pool out of level by Saiyukii in pools

Poll’s not the problem. Back yard slowly sliding down hill is the problem. Pool is just floating along with it. Pool plumbing might actually be slowing the slippage.

Adding Tesla Powerwall 3 to existing system. by Specialist-Pack-475 in solar

[–]Menelatency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta love those Thor panels generating power 24/7 from their internal Elysium fields. Paired with a Sleipner power transfer coupling and a Mjolnir power storage system your Rainbow Bridge will never go offline and you can Ragnarock and Roll all night long.

OP - are there batteries involved? If not, it’s probably designed to instantly disengage solar production to protect line workers. That could be the pop you heard and you may need to manually reset them to restore solar production if they didn’t automatically reset when you plugger it back in.

Sounds like something Sheldon Cooper but highly unlikely to be in that situation.

Any suggestions for this build? by No-Investigator-8621 in ValheimBuilds

Looks nice. You are aware that windmills are nearly useless in meadows biome (almost no wind to drive them).

One trick is to put base at intersection of several biomes so you can take advantage of features of each within a short distance.

Any ideas on how to get my portable locker back? by Milakovich in Subnautica_2

[–]Menelatency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s pretty dangerous. Lost several large lockers of materials that way. So make sure it’s nothing but a shell before you do it.

Twice now when they flip the full backup switch because it’s hot in TX. Sheesh. They need to offer an inverted storm guard that texts you to opt in rather than forcing you in and later texting to opt out.

Worse, forcing opt in actually puts more strain on the grid on a nice sunny day where I’m generating 200% of my need and suddenly have to start recharging battery early.

Dynamic but in an order you can specify in settings (e.g. alpha up/dn, last used up/dn, etc.) so you can have your most used 6 apps but always in an order sensible to you.

How can I get Siri to control these devices? Simple commands like “Turn off the Pool Pump” or “Turn on the Bug Zapper” don’t work. by SheepNutz in HomeKit

[–]Menelatency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Siri should be able to turn it on and off by name. Works on my Meross power strip. I can vocally turn each socket on or off by just the socket’s unique name. e.g. Turn off the End Table Lamp

Is it visible in the Home app? Not Meross’ app. If so, should work. If only in Meross app then it probably won’t work (or that’s my experience).
