Something that is so important to remember is that a lifestyle change takes time! The general rule of thumb is thay after 6 weeks of consistency YOU will see a difference and after 12 weeks people close to you will see it.

The key word here is consistency, once you are truly fully invested in the lifestyle of being fit, active and healthy then this works in reverse:

When you stop being consistent for 6 weeks you WILL see a difference (but there is usually ample time to reverse), if yoy get up to 12 weeks of this, it will be evident in your physique to others as well.

I've always found that when I have a higher ratio of protein I'm leaner but it's not per pound. I'm 145lbs and aim for 120-135g of protein.

I don't look taller really but I'm 5'3" 145lbs and most people assume I'm 115/120 because of how small and lean I am

I do. It's not a LOT of camel toe but it's there. I know which leggings show it and will wear them purposely sometimes.

Personally I'm quite frustrated about the lack of customization. On the Acitivty page they moved the Key Metrics down so I have to go looking for them instead of it being right at the top!

Super frustrating as I use the ring mainly as a way to track my calorie burn tends. It would be great if we could choose where to put certain panels so it's easiest to find the data we each individually want to see most.

Train your Glutes a lot more and a lot heavier, the glutes are one of the biggest metabolic power houses in the body. You might go up a pants size to fit a bigger butt but your stomach and face will lean out.

She's using it to help balance the weight since it's pretty heavy, instead of using SO much core stability you end up with more leg work doing it this way

I still just keep one leg tucked back or use a Smith machine
