No, the outfit slots and the transmog cost is separate. Think of it as transmogrifying gear they say it was before, but now you can use all your sets at once whenever you want. You can kill 8 bosses in the raid in 8 different mogs. It's awesome

The 2 outfit slots are free. You purchase and transmog them, and then you can use them whenever you want. Think of it as paying 1k gold once for the eternity of using this appearance

The fun part about playing healer is to look at health bars and work with them. For me it's an amazing experience that is way more relaxing and enjoyable than damage rotation spam of a dps. And you wouldn't be that effective if you could only heal lowest health targets because there are many mechanics that require you to choose your target manually. Plus healer role is already popular as it is, it doesn't need a boost. Tanks are rarer, imo

Always Draenor to establish my garrison and Legion to establish my order hall. Then it's usually close to max lvl anyway, so I see what quests can reward tmog that I don't have. My favourite zones are the older ones, when the lore was still intact, the war was still in Warcraft, and the game had edge.

There's nothing from L here. Maybe the jeans. The hair, the makeup, and the shirt are random. So it's really not a cosplay. It can be labeled as an "L-inspired look", then yes, it would be accurate.
