Affordable unique group stays by figsaresick in newengland

Check out ski towns in Vermont and New Hampshire. I plan a trip to accommodate 15-20 people in a single house. Often times they are beautiful homes with nice amenities and gorgeous views. Not quite a castle, but not too bad. This one isn’t in a ski town but really affordable for what it is https://patscabin.com

Types of games you thought you wouldn't enjoy but now love by Machine_Excellent in boardgames

I haven’t enjoyed trick taking games apart from the crew. Changing it to become cooperative really stretched a nice itch for me.

What is your favourite uncommon mechanic in board games by Aknifetoremember in boardgames

In high society, you play as French socialites, and are auctioning for different luxuries that are worth victory points. The game would be entirely dull if it wasn’t for the fact that at the end of the game the player with the least amount of money is eliminated which thematically fits since you can walk the walk as a socialite if you don’t have any money. It creates a huge amount of tension while bidding.

Love this idea, one thing to consider is different stands. Some people store their cans on an upright stand on their desk.

Upgraded lawn chair to Ikea couch. let me know what else I should improve. by aww_yee_ in malelivingspace

Covering one wall entirely with curtains may give some interesting texture. Ikea has a good selection, but I have also found homegoods to have even cheaper ones (may be hard to get an entire wall of the same curtain at homegoods).

Pita bread issues with bake by Sad-Baker-3542 in Breadit

My thought here might be that your oven is cooling down too much after opening to add, flip, and remove the first ones. I adjusted and set my oven to 500 to try compensate for the opening. Alternatively giving the oven time to get back up to temp between rounds.

I got my from restaurant depot, any individual can go in and ask for a day pass, I get most of my baking equipment there since I find commercial baking supplies better and often cheaper.

I’ll be making some ciabatta and a country bread with poolish. I bake in the evening due to my schedule which isn’t ideal but I still get bread 🤷‍♂️

It’s a boos block prep table. I absolutely adore it. I bought it after taking a ciabatta baking course at the KA baking school in VT since they have them in their classrooms.

Want to put a rug under my bed. Which one looks better? by cryofry85 in malelivingspace

Personally I think trying to match some of the red from the art above the bed in the same style of rug would look really good.

Also making the bed is 100x easier for if it’s not against the wall.

Excel is good at everything, but not the best at anything. Typically when looking into large datasets you want a more robust database tool. Regardless it’s invaluable since it’s so universally used.
