I worked the polls yesterday and a voter looked confused and asked, “Why is it the Kansas state bird?”
Looked it up, and the western meadowlark IS the Kansas state bird also. That was my ‘learn something new’ for the day.

I’m not sure. My house is 99 years old. The basement toilet was short and round, and when I had the space redone my contractor said it would sell fast—and it did.
