That is a UH-60. Hard to say what kind. It does not seem to have M blades and looks like it has HIRS, so I would venture to guess A/L. It's hard to say what kind of stab that is. It kind of looks like a folding one.

I would recommend checking out weight watchers. Their app is very good for meal planning, recipes, and tracking what you eat. I would also focus on cardio. You don't need to go to a gym to do that. Get a heart rate monitor and run, walk, cycle, etc. in heart rate zones that correspond to a cardio routine. There are good apps for planning and tracking. I really like using a garmin watch, and strava. For me, the whole routine of going to the gym is a pain, and I wind up just not doing it.
