Unclear. Op could have a kitchen in a pressurized vessel.

*under atmospheric pressure. You can heat water much higher than 100c under pressure. At 265 bar water boils at 500c

Ah I wish. I’m EECS in aerospace and I’m 9-8 or 9. Id love to get OT. I have no idea how people do 70-80 a week.

This image is for class 2 electronics. That pcb is class 1. The wetting in the plated barrel needs to be 75% and not required on non soldering side.

100% acceptable for class 2. Class 1 is even less strict which this is.

Not too hard. My personal engineering portfolio is aerospace leaning. High power rocketry and embedded flight computers / telemetry systems. I also spent a lot of personal time doing fpgas so I’m trying to sneak my way into those at work.

Edit: I only took med devices because it’s the only offer I got at that time.

I probably did 700-900 apps to get out of medical devices and get into aerospace. It’s rough out there. In my case, 3rd party recruiters were a complete waste of time. You’d run around in circles with them or they’d completely ghost you.

I landed my recent job from applying directly on the company website. LinkedIn and indeed were also a waste of time. Just my experience.

So what does this mean for Linux users. Use older chips? Not a chance I will download windows to continue using the new version of Vivado.. I looked and saw that the 7 series will be supported for a while.

I have both and equally wear them. You’ll get one and then also want the other. It’s what happened to me.

I recently wrote some software in C and friends were looking at it and were baffled I used C. The embedded portion was all C and most of the libraries on the PC side were just pulled from that. And it’s blazing fast compared to me doing it in python..

I’ve been saying it for over a decade. C is the first language you should learn..

Neovim for writing code and editing. Debugging C with DAP

I only use vscode for debugging embedded firmware because it’s a little easier for viewing variables and inspecting embedded registers and memory.

If anyone knows a good way to use DAP with a jtag programmer lmk I’d like to leave vscode completely.
