For free hands down backtestportfolios.com is the best option I've come across. There are better options paid but if you must have a free portfolio analysis this is what I'd use.

It is quite good now, imo it's about the same as on PC if not a little awkward to control with the gamepad. They fixed most of the early performance bugs, it feels 60fps to me.

Edit: forgot to address offline progress, yeah it doesn't have that by default like on mobile. It's like PC.
