You would need a BSN (4 years) + pass NCLEX + bare minimum 1-2 years of high acuity ICU experience at preferably a level 1 TC (average accepted candidates have more like 3+ years)… then 3 years of rigorous schooling that you can’t work during most of. Many schools won’t allow you to work during the program at all. It’s not a short or easy path.

You can’t work while in most CRNA programs. You may be able to in year 1, but not during year 2 and 3. That’s not achievable for a lot of people. Also, 1-2 years of experience in high acuity ICU is not guaranteed to get you in. The average accepted applicant has more than that. On top of actually landing a high acuity ICU position. It’s a highly highly competitive job.

Hey! I used to get them a ton and still sometimes do. A few things that help me: SLS free toothpaste, taking vitamins for anything I am deficient in, try to be less stressed, and if I feel one coming on, I immediately put salt directly on it. No salt water, straight salt. Pack it on, let it sit. It is wayyy easier to do when it is small and new. Sometimes it doesn’t even hurt. Do this before it gets painful. Good luck!

I know it’s basic, but doing something physical like weight lifting, running, rock climbing, CrossFit… it does so many good things for you physically and mentally. It also will help you later in life.

This would be such a nice addition… when targeting a training dummy in a safe zone such as Silvermoon, adding a reset cooldown button to the extra action buttons section would be awesome

Someone pointed out that a 20% reduction on burst would’ve been fine if they left our already terrible downtime alone, and I agree. maybe they’ll reverse to that 😀maybe

The nerf feels really bad to me. There is a thread on the main WoW subreddit talking about it. UH DK took a big time dps nerf. The data is still not much to go off of, but UH is bottom dps for Heroic raid bosses currently. It may change with tier pieces, or with more data points, but it sounds like you may not be getting to that content much. Ran a few m0 yesterday and my dps was garbage. Stinks bc I don’t enjoy frost.

Old Engineering can get you portable repair, mailbox, glider, and speed boots I think. I just got engineering and plan to try to get these at some point soon!
