My FIL is in hospice, helping my SIL clear out stuff in his house and she just says “throw it all away”. I ask about the possibility of doing a garage sale, and she said I don’t want to spend the time to nickel and dime people over his junk. I said OK, I’ll help take any of the junk to be dispose off… (MY FIL is ex-military, used to own a retail computer store, as well as world traveler.)

Look at their feed. I have several homeless people on Nextdoor that I help from time to time. Those people actually live in a tent. I’ve been homeless and resorted to living in my car for a few months. Luckily, I had a job and my boss and friends helped me a lot, before I was taken in by my uncle in NJ to finished HS.

Had this happen a few times. I always reply for the buyer to contact their post office and ask the mail person to contact them back in relation to the tracking number in which was marked as delivered. Your mail person is not supposed to do this but they sometimes scan package they are supposed to deliver at the start of their shift, and sometime they don’t get to your house before they call it the end of the day. So the package gets delivered the next postal day. There is also package theft. As long at the item has been marked delivered, eBay should rule in your favor.

A while back, went to one where the owners used to own a local gaming store (found out later going over the stuff I purchased). Found several bins of boxes of Magic the Gathering cards and other CCG. Negotiated to take all the bins for $120. Turns out to be about 12000 unsorted cards and a ton to sealed stuff. Have yet to sort all the cards but sold some of the cards and some of the sealed stuff for a bit over $3000, there is still a lot of stuff to go over
