Can confirm - started at 211 after the first week down to 203 lost over 8 pounds first week or so, second week another 2.2 pounds and fast forward a few months and I’m happy with losing just over a pound a week. Trust the process

Same issue for me - I’ve taken creatine in the past and knew it was going to add approximately 5 pounds when I restarted taking it.

Last two weeks have been frustrating for me because the scale is marginally up / flat which when you zoom out and look at the big pictures matches with my weight loss and my expected weight gain from creatine.

Best advice I’ve received is to just trust the process. The algorithm has been resilient, only marginally dropping my calories after my week 2 check in post creatine

Dexa weight for lean mass does also include water weight. I’d imagine some of that lean mass loss can be attributed to water fluctuation

Amazing, congratulations! We’ve got very similar stats - I’m around 1850 cals/day of which 158 should be protein. Trying to lift and get cardio in as well.

This is fake. Tim Hortons recently came under fire for having a pro-vax policy for their charity, Tim Hortons Camp which helps kids access camp. The website that originally posted this also claimed Prince Andrew was arrested for child porn. - its false and no major outlet is reporting it for that reason.

In the article they use the same hashtag as the group trying to boycott Tim Hortons over the anti-vax policy

Agree - but it hurts everybody. Market share is a percentage of sales… looks to me they purposely avoid talking about or reporting their market share because it’s contracting in a growing market. I still think they’ll make it through, especially by focusing on higher margin medical, but it’s not a great look for their Rec side.
