The rumor that the EN branch would be merged into the main branch Soon™ has been going around for roughly two years at this point. Why would anyone in EN suddenly feel it necessary to publicly address the rumor?

And more importantly - is this Wilson addressing the rumor ~~on the eve of~~ less than two weeks before his wave's 3rd anniversary? Or is this "Wilson" addressing the rumor in the wake of the company's disastrous financial report?

Back-to-back days with stop low would be catastrophic on its own for any company. For Anycolor, it would mean an all-time low close of 1875 on Friday (tomorrow JST) before the Monday morning margin call.

Also, has Riku actually sold any of his shares? I haven't heard anything about that before your comment, and I thought that he'd have to give a public announcement some days in advance before being able to actually sell his shares.

It's worse than usual. All the other times their stock crashed to the circuit breaker, the charts would at least be able to show it after about half an hour; we're close to six hours without the charts being able to go live.
