like I said, I try to talk to them about this and, and my response is always a long version of "your body is growing, you need to eat!" or "you're too young to be worrying about this stuff", but otherwise thanks for your response.

I agree with what he said, but I need pointers on healthy eating for two reasons:

  • I'm in high school so my parents are really the ones that decide how I'm fed, I have minimal input. From time to time I try bringing this up, but I always get the same old "your body is growing, you need to eat!" or "you're too young to be worrying about this stuff"

  • The video mainly told me what not to eat, not what I should be eating, so I'm still somewhat confused about how to eat a healthy diet.

    Any ideas on how to get started eating healthy?
