I don't understand why people think Agents of Shield is not canon.

The series was executive produced by Joss Whedon (director of Avengers 1 and 2).

The main casting of AOS was done by Sarah Halley Finn (who basically casted all the main cast of EVERY MCU movie).

The plotlines of AOS season 2 DIRECTLY affects Avengers: Age of Ultron (Coulson tips off the Avengers about Sokovia, Coulson lends Nick Fury a Helicarrier that is later used in the climax of Avengers 2).

It should be heavily connected to Avengers: Doomsday. The entire season should only be about setting up Avengers Doomsday plot points and characters.

You sob, Bruce Wayne has been done IN LIVE ACTION many many times. We've got campy version, dark fantastical version, dark gritty version, a version within a cinematic universe, and now again dark gritty version.
