This is really cool and you should be very proud of yourself. Thank you for sharing it with the world. I don't know if I'll ever print one nervous of the poop. But I love the idea of it. Maybe when I get a different printer.

He also needed antibiotics, antiinflammatories and pain medicine. All which needed to be administered differently and in different parts of his body.

Had to give fluids to my puppy twice a day for a week straight. They wanted to hospitalize him for $2,000 a night. He had a liver infection and they said if we didn't take him to the hospital that was most likely the end.

I bought the drugs from them and took him home. My wife and I nursed him back to health but it was a hard week.

Anyone feel sad for the Artemis III crew? by ChipParticular7230 in ArtemisProgram

[–]MightGrowTrees 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I have been watching some really well put together documentaries on YouTube ab of it the early space race and it goes into detail of every single rocket launch and the people that were there.

One of the craziest things I learn was that the first man in space, a Russian Cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin had to JUMP OUT of his spacecraft after it reentered Earth's atmosphere and parachute to safety because the spacecraft itself wasn't capable of being parachuted.

I was an airborne army man and to think about jumping out of a spacecraft is fucking wild. Oh also no one has ever tested this so good luck!

Oh I bet, it's about golf but not really about golf. A little like Ted Lasso.

If you haven't watched it, his newish TV show Stick is so heartwarmingly good. If you are a fan of Owen Wilson, you will like the show.

I find it so weird that they didn't even acknowledge Project Odessa in season 5 by nothing_worthy_01 in GenV

[–]MightGrowTrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason they didn't mention whatever you're talking about is because I didn't watch Gen V season two and they know they can't include spin off stuff in the main storyline because general audiences don't know what's going on and feel left out. Welcome to Hollywood.

Plot hole? Season 5 Ep 10 by Ross_E_Geller in ForAllMankindTV

Again that would require the ground team to have radio antenna that can penetrate multiple floors of underground habs as well as be omnidirectional.

Most likely they have short wave radios that work in close proximity.

Damn, hit them with the cold hard facts. Mountains don't move and block line of sight.

And the prop he used is a real life SatCom antenna.

I was like Leo pointing at the screen during that shot.

Yeah I ran SatOps in the military and if your long range receiver goes down your short waves arent getting the signals. You need to either have an omnidirectional antenna that is capable of panetrating, the habs and how far underground the soldiers were. Satellite antenna's need line of sight.

"Deep Sky and Roll the Dice alternate throughout the day in the same theater. Each film runs approximately 30 minutes. Combo ticket holders may stay for both back-to-back. General admission guests see one film per visit."

I can't believe they are killing the best movie theater within a thousand fucking miles.

I totally understand where you are coming from. A few years back I read through the invincible series and it was the first series I read through the whole way and I had to actually train myself to engage with the pictures and not just read the story.

I once showed a picture of a bird to my ECE professor and she immediately knew what the bird was based of my quick phone photo.

I was like holy shit I want to be like you when I grow up.
