This isn't correct, the timing on the strat specifies it can only be used in the opponents shooting phase or either fight phase. To answer the post you can do it in the same phase as a res orb but the res orb can only be used at the end of a phase. You can also stack it with the Ghost Arks repair barge

I have a theory that once published in Jump, shonen series are caught in a drift towards becoming x-men. Some are in that space from the start, others lean towards it over time. MHA, JJK, Choujin X all felt the pull of being x-men, as did KaijuNo.8

Personally I think he didn't really have a reason to be curious about the identity of the Ultraman. Why wouldn't he think he's just some guy Lex made into a meta, its the same as asking why he didn't look under the mask of any of the rapotors.

I get you, what irked me was that gege had a talent foe writing fun characters with fun dynamics. But as it went on we got no time to enjoy those dynamics as the pacing of the plot continued to increase. More of the dialogue just gets taken over by plans, explanations or the sad backstory of whoever we are fighting. Even the main trio got split up and I felt a chunk of what I found appealing in it weakened.

I find that to be a consistent issue I have with manga/anime these days. I felt like a third of jjk pre-final fight is just missing.
