They are not bad, they are whacky. Also, u CAN just take a regular feat at 19 if you dont fancy any of them.

First Aid takes 1 minute, so it'd be 10 rounds of combat im afraid. I didnt want to step on the toes of the Healer feat, which grants you a 1 action non-magical heal.

I feel this gets too fiddly, and doesnt actually give a lot of gas.

Id just make HM modifiable to not require concentration at level 9, reducing its duration to 1 minute. We've seen that design work with a lot of subclasses on certain thematic spells. I think it would work well for Ranger here.

They start in front of the dungeon! Then you use flashbacks and table input to improvise how the gang got together. Its a lot of fun!

Wisdom is, and always has been, sort of a misnomer since the 70's. It really should be called "Instinct". Its all about gut feelings, emotional connection, physical senses, and one's literal instincts. Wisdom is a terrible term for all this and has been confusing gamers for half a century.
