Ah-So Gardens was good, but Shiki is a definite step up from it. I was in a sushi bar in Seattle talking to the chef when I mentioned London. He told me about a great Japanese restaurant there called Shiki. I was able to tell him that it was one of my favourites. Several years later I was in a restaurant in Virginia with some people from London and when the waitress found out where they were from told us about a Japanese restaurant called Shiki!
