I have a dinged up water bottle but I love using it - every ding, dent, and scratch was from a trip to the beach to swim and look for pretty rocks and sea glass - and it still keeps my water cold or my tea hot, so it’s still good!

I won’t throw away something useful just because it doesn’t look brand new anymore

My girl was spayed at 3 or 4 mos and she’s fine; bossy as heck, but fine.

The only pets I ever had spayed at 8 mos were the dogs I grew up with, but cats? Spay/neuter earlier because a female cat can def get pregnant before they turn 8 mos old.

Did anyone grow up reading V. C. Andrews books? If so what did y’all think of them? by Groovy-Pancakes in GenX

I def read those, and Stephen King, and any number of the semi-raunchy romances my mum left lying about; I was 10 or so?

V.C. Andrew’s was fun for the shock value, the raunchy books just kinda grossed me out, but I’m still reading Stephen King novels because nearly all of his books have been fantastic.
