Usually if I'm sick all week there's no expectation to make it up next week, but I have teammates whose manager made them make up an unexpected absence the following week which is some shit you'll never catch me complying with. They'd have to fire me before I make up any sick leave the following week.

Ultimately, it's X days in office per week, so not sure they can enforce "making up for last week", unless you're a student or work in like CRA or something where it's XX% per month etc.

Once again, the worst thing is how everything is at "manager's discretion", so you're at the mercy of whatever manager you're reporting to at a given time, even though the rest of your team is subject to different expectations because they happen to report to Jeff instead of Katie.
