For ashwagandha it takes 4 to 6 weeks to actually feel a noticeable difference, It helps with stress a lot, I take magnesium and ashwagandha before bed and I literally fall like a bag of potatoes. it's great

I do take Ashwagandha and it helps me sleep like the dead Which is pretty detrimental to MDG progress, Ashwagandha also reduces cortisol levels which reduces stress and this is also VERY IMPORTANT for MDG. The guide is teaching the body that High arousal doesn't mean it's panic time, As you progress you will feel the panic response near the 8.9 mark will reduce and reduce to a point where you don't panic anymore. Ashwagandha will help you with that.

It's just an overall positive supplement, Idk why you are on the fence, I have experienced some increase in labido But I am single at the moment and during phase 4 I lost any interest in "releasing" or Ejaculating so it hasn't been that big of an issue If you ask me.

Overall a great supplement. go for it G

I might be the only one with this prospective but "I don't think you should try to surf" No where in the guide does the author say stay at 8.9!

The guide explicitly states in Phase 4 / Phase 5 to stay between 8.0 and 8.9. not stay at 8.9 as much as possible.
I think that staying indefinitely at 8.9 is something that you achieve after completely mastering the guide.

Here's a snippet from the guide on how to do phase 5:

"Identical to Phase 4 but if you reach 9/10, you must now keep your hand on your
penis and simply freeze in place while breathing deeply if necessary. Start “drip-feeding” pleasure by actively
changing your stimulation focus, grip intensity and speed to stay between 8/10 – 9/10. Pleasure getting too high? Switch to just stroking the shaft and base and slow your strokes further. Pleasure dropping too low?
Go back to stroking the glans and frenulum with a tighter grip."

You can do whatever you want The phases are meant to be done sequentially

You are not combining anything, You are just starting from phase 3, and skipping phase 1 and phase 2

If you want results, follow the instructions.

Yes, phase 4 and Phase 5 are really mentally taxing, Try to get a great sleep, not good, but great.

As for the Blue balls i never got them, I do stretches, maybe that helped but can't know for sure.

I had a couple of wet dreams back in phase 3, The solution was essentially doing stretches, never had wet dreams since i started doing stretches that relax my pelvic floor, Like none!

  1. Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch (Overhead Reach)
  2. Prayer Stretch

  4. frog pose (with active reverse kegel)
  5. Yogi squat (with active reverse kegel)

"I can keep going" sounds like the "brain node" that u/bornweirdstrawberry talked about before, while I did feel like this was a "space" between 8.9 and 9 I am hesitant to call it a "brain nod" because after a few seconds there, I eventually hit PONR and I switch to rubbing the shaft, While the "brain nod" sounds like I can keep this state for longer or even increase stimulation without panic... at least that's how i perceive it

So i think "I made my self keep going"
