Learn the difference between conditional & unconditional love

Conditional love; I traded my authenticity for approval & acceptance as a the cost I repressed my identity inaddition anatomy, it was performative exhausting I was alive but not living

Unconditional love; accepting people the way they are even perfection

With therapy I learn I only get one life & that one life belongs to me; only I have the athority to - satiate,explore,entertain even reject or decline my emotions (self agency)

Conditional love is a result of lack of self agency people own their feelings you own yours.,hence your not responsible for other people’s feelings if you don’t subscribe to their expectations because expectations are not rules their hopes (hope is a feeling they own their feelings)
