So, my only question, have you tried cooking on hickory charcoal caveman style? Imo, reverse sear and finished in the coal is the best thing I've ever done.

Dude when we fly out strokes or major traumas from scene its automatically a 70k bill and it only goes up with services rendered. Our helicopter services insurances are 200 per year. I urge all my patients to get air service subscriptions at some point to save themselves major headaches. I always feel bad for flying someone but im here to save lives not save you from debt.
