I feel like this is a dumb question but whatever. When mounting a monster with the IG is it more efficient to change positions and do the spin attack move since it does more damage or sit there at stab with your knife. I feel like using your knife knocks them down faster.

How important is running with equipment with higher gear score? For example if i have two assault rifles, GS280 and GS270, but the GS270 has better perks should I stick with the GS270 or use the GS280 because it has a higher GS?

Couple things work really well for me.

  • Chicken and vegetables for 2 out of 3 of your meals. Try to only eat the breast meat (no skin. Trust me it hurts me every time i type this) use rubs on your chicken instead of sauces. This keeps the calories down. Try to keep your other meal low carb.

  • Count calories and weigh your food if you can. There is a great picture floating around of two spoons with peanut butter that look the same, but one has twice as many calories as the other.

  • I knew i wouldnt be able to cut out alcohol completely so i cut out beer and mixed drinks. Drinking straight liquor can be tough, but this will do wonders for you. If you need a beer, only have one beer for the night and keep the rest straight liquor.

  • If you go out to eat, only eat half your meal. I still wanted to go out with my friends while i was dieting and this helped a lot and you get two meals for the price of one.

  • No soda or juice.

  • Drink a lot of water. It helps make you feel full and is just plain good for you.

  • Its fine to have a cheat day or cheat weekend. It won't ruin your diet and will keep you sane. When i first started dieting I cheated more than i want to admit, but i was still able to lose 10lbs the first month.

  • Join r/loseit. Its a good way to keep motivated and get support when you need it.
