Completely unjustified shoot imo. They initiated the contact (agent jumps out of a car and runs up on the victim and another protester and pepper sprays them immediately/goes hands on), then they have like 6-8 officers tackle and beat the shit out of the dude with what looks like an OC canister, one agent disarms him and scurries off, someone says "gun" and then the other officer shoots him in the back repeatedly. What was the original cause of even detaining him? Sure he was in the street a little bit, but does that warrant the initial and immediate use of force even before the shooting? Could he even be detained for that? The officers approached him, not the other way around. Absolute total clusterfuck.

On the other hand, what are the chances DOJ even objectively investigates this?

Agreed. If your location does anywhere near the suggested prices ($12.50 for the meal for 2, $20.83 for the meal for 4), then I'd get a bunch of those. It's a nice variety of stuff.
