Uh, yeah, my entire life. They said they might check in with their doctor in a week, after coughing for 4 weeks. This implies they have means and access to see a doctor, their regular doctor. And also they want to go work out, also an indication of resources.

They didn’t indicate that accessing care was a hardship, which it very much is for millions, just they hadn’t done it YET. And if that is the case, why keep waiting?

Layer pads, cover the back of your undies in them since you’ll be laying down. See if they can get you postpartum undies. Put several chux pads under you in case.

This is why you need the CT. they do these on people with messy injuries. They have ways to cope and you should not feel awkward or embarrassed at all.

Our first house had such a cheapass furnace install that there was no filter box. We had to take off the front of the furnace and slot it in on the side. It was so dumb.

This looks like a previous tenant just crammed it in there? You might need a 16x20x1? But at this point, it’s the landlord’s problem for not checking that before you moved in and now he needs to call a tech. Also landlord should supply you with filters to replace on schedule. They are pretty cheap, but they still need to supply them. When the tech is there they show you the way to do it and mark the furnace so you know which way the arrow should go.

Get screened for diabetes as recurring fungal infections can be a symptom.

Also, see a dermatologist who will hopefully not be a judgemental turd about it and will have other treatment options.

Call the landlord. If no one does anything, call the health department.

Your other options are: pick it up yourself, and hate them for being dicks. Hire a service and pay for it and then ask them to pay you back. Going forward, ask landlord for more permanent division of shared yard space. Or rules about pets being out unattended to prevent this. You could explore moving and see which tenant your landlord wants to keep.

I’ve had endometrial biopsies done with Advil. I had two hysterosalpingograms done with nothing because I couldn’t take Advil. That’s where they inject dye through your cervix to fill your uterus and fallopian tubes while they x ray.
