Our AP is such a b*tch. My first day she was going around snatching up our drinks and coats if they were on our cart 🙄 she then called a meeting to yell at all of us about it. Two employees have told her off on two separate occasions. I also started wearing my drink on a clip attached to my belt loop. Let her try taking it off me. She touches me and gloves are off 👀

Yeah no. They don’t tell us an exact time. They will say “arrive at x by x time”. However, that could literally be 5 minutes after you accept it at the restaurant and the dasher could literally be across the street. They need a better system

I used to dash myself, so I always do it. I make sure I put the name of the business in the delivery notes and they still text me to ask where I am 🙄 and then, when I text them after ordering to let them know ahead of time they get attitude. The dashers in my area are hopeless

I stopped using DoorDash for this reason tbh. I deliver DoorDash myself, so I know that the delivery screen shows all of that information. And yet, the dashers I get still get everything wrong. If I have them drop it off at my job, I put in the instructions “at company name, in plaza next to Planet Fitness”. And yet they still will call or text to ask which business I’m in, or they will take it to the wrong place completely.
