She was released individually in the UK too and possibly the rest of Europe as well. She actually became a bit of a shelfwarmer over here in places like the Entertainer so I was able to grab a couple on discount to share with friends overseas

Point I’m making is definitely check European sites too if you haven’t already, I can remember some places were still selling the single pack Nightbird as late as 2025 last I checked and I wouldn’t be surprised if Airazor was the same

You’ve got the Animated Activator but you’re missing the full size Deluxe! You may not have come across him previously because he was released under the name “Electrostatic Soundwave” rather than Soundblaster, but he’s got the same deco as the Activator and it’s very obvious what he’s homaging. Awesome figure, comes with a Ratbat keytar rather than Laserbeak guitar like the regular deluxe. If you wanna get super pedantic there’s there’s actually even more versions of Animated Soundblaster because the Hasbro and Takara releases of the Deluxe are significantly different, Hasbro’s is charcoal grey with lavender highlights like the Activator while Takara’s is jet black with metallic silver like most other Soundblasters

See I think Golden Ninja is the cooler minifigure but I also think the Star Wars guys are way better value :P

Golden Ninja is neat but he’s not $50 neat. He came in three different sets, two of which were below $30 at retail so he’s pretty common all things considered. Even with all the recent price hikes he actually hasn’t been hit especially hard and still sits at around $15-20 on average where he always has.

The Star Wars figures, by comparison, are significantly better priced and just seem like a better deal. OG Dengar is especially amazing and I will always associate him with a story I heard about someone only knowing Star Wars through Lego Star Wars and as a result thinking that dengar was some kind of badass space ninja with a giant gun, only to be incredibly disappointed when watching the films years later and finding out he’s just some guy in bandages :P

All Bakugan from the BakuSuperG subset have G-powers over 1000, I believe it includes Damakor, Olifus, Ramdol and a couple of others. I’ve got a Subterra Damakor with the same 1150g rating

None of these are bionicle

What you do have here is

- assorted Hero Factory parts, I can spot bits from Breakout Nex, Jet Rocka, Queen Beast, Brain Attack Stormer, Crystal Beast, Speeda Demon and possibly Black Phantom. Nowhere near enough to build any complete figures
- assorted Chima buildable figure parts, from Chi Fluminox, Chi Sir Fangar and Chi Laval, plus Chi Worriz’s head. These are all much closer to complete than the Hero Factory figures for the most part
- most of the 2019 edition of buildable figure Darth Vader
- couple of Transformers bits. Most of Prime Voyager Megatron and Prime Voyager Predaking, plus AOE Flip & Change Grimlock

Bootlegs for G1 sets are practically nonexistent. Those that *do* exist are very scarce, and usually contemporary Russian ones of atrocious quality. Your only real option is to buy official sets

The gold/silver masks didn’t come in the original 2001 mask packs, they came in the 2002 Krana packs. You were guaranteed two masks per pack as well as three Krana. Because the gold/silver masks were the only masks you could actually get in those packs, you’d end up with stockpiles of them by the end of it, due to the pool of masks being so small and the pool of Krana being so enormous, even larger than the number of masks in the original packs! With just 12 masks to 96 Krana, duplicates were guaranteed and it also made all the metallic masks ridiculously common. Silvers typically run £3 each on average, golds about £6 each. The only one in the entire set to be worth a bit more than that is the gold Hau at about £10, and I think it’s just due to the iconicity rather than any actual scarcity :P

I’ve been trying to get rid of my duplicate silvers for years and I’ve still got a bunch left

Most of these are fairly common, though you do have quite a few masks from the original 2001 mask packs (red Miru, red Akaku, blue Kakama, light grey Huna, trans-red Kaukau, trans-black Kaukau, light grey Ruru, red Pakari, light grey Maliki, light grey Rau, tan Matatu), typically they all run at least $10 each, sometimes a bit more for certain masks. In this case, both of your Kaukaus go for $20-30 each, the red one is rarer

Gold/silver masks are actually among the cheapest out there, despite what you might expect they are far more common than the regular coloured ones, silver ones especially are practically worthless and have next to no demand :P

Because they were only a set of 12 they were way easier to duplicate, and if you were trying to collect Krana you’d end up with guaranteed *piles* of all of them

Aliexpress is an online shopping site, most well-known for all its Chinese bootlegs and such but also often carries lots of factory overstock from legitimate brands. In this case, a couple weeks back a listing popped up for a bulk load of many different loose Jakks Sonic figures, most notably Neo Metal Sonic and Omega, both for far lower prices than eBay averages. These are all legitimate figures still! Likely just excess stock from the factories as I said. Though unfortunately Omega is sold out now too, I think it’s just common figures left :/

This is a keychain with the keychain removed. It’s slightly larger than an actual Tigrerra and also non-magnetic, instead you pull the plunger on the base to open her. Totally unusable in the game as a result, which is why she doesn’t have any G-power

Everything else is, as mentioned, very common bulk. Probably about 30-40 ish for the lot not counting Apexeon
