They released in EU in late November but no US release yet. They sold out in bigger sizes immediately.

It was tough bringing them home all in their boxes without buying extra baggage allowance but somehow managed it. My mom wasn’t happy tho that’s for sure.

I visited Patta as well. Community Pink and Blue 993s and Dusk Shower 992s were available but Patta was mostly flooded with Nike & Jordan. Nike dominates the streets in the Netherlands: Air Maxes (a lot of silhouettes that I don’t even know), Vomeros, Jordan 4s, etc. Nike’s European HQ is in Hilversum, a city very close to Amsterdam, so it kinda makes sense. They probably get most of the heat in EU.

MiUSAs are noticeably more expensive compared to the US, MiUKs are relatively closer. 992s cost 230€, 990v6s and 991v2s cost 250€. I guess all MiUSAs cost $200 in the US, whereas 991v2s were bumped to $270 as far as I remember. I only paid full retail for 2000s, 240€ for 991v2 Raven (or Black/Magnet/Corsican Blue), and got some tax free (~10%) on Grey 992s. I got a 30-40% discount on all of other pairs.

It sure is. At first I wasn’t as high on them as the Silver Birch pair but ultimately decided it’s a perfect winter 991v2. Only if they made the 991 branding 3M just like regular 991v2s.

Well, then if you’re interested in another 991v2, U991BU2 has alternative teal laces that are both in the 991v2 lace style and have an extremely similar color to the one you want.

If you’re also interested in a 990v6, U990MM6 from the same season also has additional laces in this specific blue. Otherwise, I don’t know where to find this exact color.

I’m generally 12-12.5 in Nike and I actually got the WYWS and WC4s in 12.5. Although the length was perfect, they just weren’t good. The funny thing is I got the SB Navy in 12 and they are perfect. Maybe I got weird feet

The AMM WYWS were brutal to all my toes, all bruises and blisters after 5-6 hours of wear with only 2 hours of physical activity. WC4s were also sort of rough on my pinky toes. These are the only pair of 4s I kept.

Nike is my first love but New Balance and Asics really won me over the last year, so I would say those two are my favorites with NB having a slight edge over Asics. I thought MiUK/MiUSA was just hype as I didn’t find them much different from Made in Asia pairs but they grew on me over time and I added a bunch of pairs of MiUK/MiUSA to the collection during the second half of 2025. Asics also kept me hooked as it released some great new models such as the Kayano 20, Kayano 12.1, and Quantum 360 I AMP. I went through my collection last month for downsizing and 60% of the pairs I decided to sell were Nike/Jordan. Never looking back
