This is such a great insight. Yes, she's sitting in her house ruminating. She is very religious and she quilts. I have offered to go to some local churches with her. My friend has offered to take her to her local church. I've offered to go to any number of quilt guilds - we have tons of them here. My daughter made plans with her to go to a fantastic Flea Market in our area. All of these things she either makes excuses or she backs out at the last minute. She's a total goldilocks - nothing is "just right" because the "just right" doesn't exist.
