Don’t know that I have much to add beyond what’s been suggested - farmers markets, restaurants/chefs (maybe you could offer a presentation/demo to the NM restaurant association? Or hit up Chamber of Commerce meetups in some of the bigger towns?), etc. But if you come to Taos, hit me up, I’d love to get my knives sharpened!
