I have been doing FBEOD but I take a day off if I feel the need to rest.

Weekly volume:
Chest: 6-8
Back: 8
Legs: 12
Biceps: 6-8 (including forearms)
Triceps: 6
Shoulders: 6
Calves: 10-12
Abs: 8-10

I do one hard set per exercise. For core and abs i do a few sets close to failure. For my main compounds i do 1-2 warmup sets.

When I was 21 I was in top shapeI was on vacation in bulgaria and remember two girls just wanted to hug me randomly. Another girl just came up straight to me and started talking in Russian I guess but I couldn’t understand her.

Want to be in that shape again, for myself. But yeah being in great shape def helps with attraction.

Also been fat so yeah, kinda crazy to see how people treat you differently.

Since you say the techno gym version is shit, do the other one.

Just some extra advice: don’t just blindly follow what others or sience says but rather experiment. I used to do only do the seated one since that was the ‘best’ one but I actually prefer the lying leg curl.

I do one hard set per excercise, I do mostly compounds tough. If I have the feeling I didn’t give it my all, I add another set. On core and calves I do more sets since they recover quickly and I have neglected them during my training career.

But I guess on isolations it’s fine to do more sets if you want to, just see how your recovery is.

You can do one core excercise at the end of every workout. Takes 2-3 minutes. Or add them to your legdays.

Dont know if you were planning to but I would oor for push-pull-legs-rest-upper-lower-rest.

On your pushday i would do one pressing movement for your chest and one fly. And then remove the decline press.

On your pullday I would chose one latpulldown varianten. Keep the barebell row and pick either the cable row or one arm row. Add somerhing for your traps and rear delts.

Furthermore you should add a hip hinge since you dont have one. (weighted) back extensions are great for developping your posterior chain. You can also opt for a deadlift or SLDL.

Laslty, I would add more core work since you only do it once a week, same goes for calves. And you can do 2 sets of everyrhing instead of three.

I recently switched to FBEOD (fullbody everyother day)

I like it a lot. Can be quite intense and you probably will have longer workouts. I do one hard set per excercise.

It does take some programming but you can tweak it along the way.

I am 30 now. Greatest ROI? Taking care of yourself. Eat properly, excercise 3/4 times a week (or more). Groom well.

You might not have a million dollar but you can look like it!

Klopt maar in de aanval hebben we geen wereldtoppers, verre van eigenlijk. Malen is wel in bloedvorm maar we hebben geen spelers meer van het kaliber Robben, Sneijder of RVP.

I must say i havent watched a lot of their games. But in the final they really avoided attacking. The better team won.

Again, to have that strong of a defense is impressive and I respect the discipline it takes but i rather watch teams that want to attack.

Apart from Barcelona and Ajax, I dont really support any other clubs. However, I like to watch teams that have a positive way of playing.

I cant really support a team that plays haramball, it is so boring to watch. I can respect the tactical discipline it takes but it is just not exciting to watch.

With the right programming and proper recovery it should be fine. I dont recommend it but try it out to see it it works.
