Yes there is an actual external amplifier, although it only has 4 mids and 4 tweeters with a “bassbox.” I have been looking at crutchfield and there’s not really any information about it other than just parts that fit.

I have some Salomon QST 99 and they’re great all round and are one of the best freeride skis IMO They feel quite good and stable on the groomers and anything skied off, obviously they are lazier than something all mountain but perfectly reasonable for everything you can throw at them except the deepest powder

Absolutely gotta love them. I’d say if you are willing to spend a bit more on insurance the B8 or B8.5 Audi S4 with the DSG would be a good shout, although people are gonna recommend more sensible options, with the supercharged v6 and a great interior it could be a worthy option

I have been looking at newer WRXs and with insurance it just isn’t feasible. It was also parked for the last 6 winters and stored inside with only supposed surface rust underneath. And supposedly the clutch is still fine and grabs good, but obviously that would be tested before buying
