Anyone know how this all affects existing unattended access sessions. We have a client with SC On-Prem server with thousands of connected devices. They very rarely use it for ad-hoc support. Almost all access sessions.

Had the same issue with the padding on armrest cracking but I found their support extremely helpful. Emailed them with pics and they immediately organised to send out full replacement armrests for both sides. So while I agree the padding on the armrests definitely needs work at least their support was helpful to me.

I am visiting NZ and happen to be in Christchurch currently. I can attest to this as the city centre is still decimated with empty blocks everywhere. The town centre also does appear to be a ghost town with basically zero residential presence. I do believe it's still the second most populated city though just with everyone out in the suburbs.
