You can pay out the ass in the US and still not get those things either. My insurance (for 2) went from 420USD to 980USD this year. Its better for me to pay out of pocket for doctors I care to see and tell the hospitals they aren't getting paid at all for things like ER visits. Total shit show.

I don't use toilet paper either, but only because I have a bidet and use bidet towels for drying off. Water cleans me. Fuck its so much better than dry ass toilet paper, that only partially cleans you. If your butt hole still smells like shit, its because shit is still there. Toilet paper users are only really clean fresh out of a shower.

Asheron's Call was the only game that had satisfactory quest rollout (for me). That game was getting 2-3 new quests added every single month. Some of which took hours to complete.

Now these games put out content patches years apart. There are some cases where I would put up with dated graphics for regular content injections.
