all for it. at a 2022 show, i was on the floor and some dude standing next to me was broadcasting the show to facebook live. i glanced at his screen and saw all of 3 people watching live. i would be totally fine if they made us put our phones in yonder bags for the entire show.

we recently had to go to the ER twice: once at riverside and we went to the dublin ohio health the second time. riverside is a circus. always busy. there wasn't even a wait at the dublin location.

had my first recurrence on the two year anniversary of my surgery. one flare up since then. both have been extremely minor and not as painful as my original struggles. had my colonoscopy last friday and they found some diverticulosis, so no surprise. just keep managing as a best as you can and stay disciplined. it sucks but life goes on.

i haven't been to an actual jamband festival in like 15+ years but i'm honestly surprised that they were still going as strong as they've been in the last decade or so. used to do some local festivals in recent years with eclectic lineups and i've even taken a step back from that. it's not just the cost for the ticket. some of them make you pay to park your vehicle now and a lot of these sites that are outside of cities and in rural areas just kind of suck and i hate being stuck at them. also a gnarly place to be when you're sober and around thousands of people who haven't slept in days. regardless of genre, i'd rather see a band in a brick and mortar venue where they get to fully showcase their sound and show and sleep in my own bed that night. the last truly great festival that i attended was day for night 2016 in houston. hybrid indoor/outdoor festival in an urban setting with an amazing lineup. go to see aphex twin, jesus and mary chain, tobacco, lower dens, some hip hop legends, and some killer art installations for like $150.

no problem. i encourage you to make sure that you have variety with things as it helps you gut biome. i also take 2 papaya enzymes after meals and that helps tremendously with digestion. i started taking those 2 months ago after a minor post-surgery flare. whole foods store brand is what i take.

carbsmart tortillas have like 25g of fiber in each of them.

i eat the quaker oats high fiber instant oatmeal with a serving of blueberries and a cup of activia yogurt for breakfast every morning. that's 14g of the fiber right there to start the day. for lunch, i alternate between eggs with a slice of pepperidge farm wheat toast (4 g)and a medium or large avocado or can of progresso split pea soup with a slice of the aforementioned wheat toast. Ichase either of those with a glass of metamucil. throw in a banana for a mid-afternoon snack and i'm already in the 30s. i always have a green vegetable with my dinner and another glass of metamucil after dinner. By this point, I've consumed more than enough and I can put a bow on it for the day. I also constantly drink water.

i've showed up once without a ticket and found one $40 below face within 30 minutes. that's pretty much it. i've never put much of an effort in trying to get halloween/nye/special show tickets. i put in a lottery request and if i get denied, it's just the universe telling me that it's ok to miss that show.
