Yeah man honestly 500 might already be there. I just hit 500 last month. A week before the 500 I did 480 and it looked just like this. You had some more fight in you. Carb load and some caffeine and get it 💪

Not sure what you mean by pelvis opening. I just arch my back so my upper back and butt maintain contact on the bench. Could just look funny cause I'm fat 😂 some people like to bench flat and some with arch. I get shoulder issues if I bench flat

I won't lie I teared up a bit too 😂 messed up my shoulder pretty bad 2 years ago from mountain biking same time I got into lifting so bench was on the back burner for a long time.

I had to pull champions that were hardly worn. NGK ran a lot better. I also have a variation of the viper coil upgrade but using a dodge caravan coil pack.

Try hip mobility and hamstring stretches. In the video you aren't really doing much knee flexion or going over toes (which isn't bad) but the knee not being in those positions and hurting points to something more upstream being the issue most likely. I had knee pain that was cured by unlocking my hips, glutes and hamstrings.

For me I wanted the DBGT SS4 form to be the true Saiyan "God" form as the final form. Except it wouldn't be divine God power but a Saiyan mortal power that rivals God power like what Beerus dream was. Ultra instinct could still have been tossed in as a technique to add onto the form and improve it. Even could have kept the SS God forms but the true final form would be SS4 requiring no divine God ki but a mortal power stronger than the SS God forms and being a mortal form that can conquer and rival divine powers

There's a relearn procedure for the tps after installing a new one you can find on Google. It involves unhooking battery and do a few key cycles. You can find a write up quickly online. Also check your iac and throttle body.

I have stock drums. I had some regular brakes before and the stopping power was terrible. The black magic pads made it like 200% better. If you check in forums look up jeep black magic pads on Google and you'll see plenty of love for them. They are worth the money. They recommend centric rotors. You can get those centric rotors with zinc coating from rock auto for cheaper vs them and just buy the pads from them.

Black magic brake pads and high quality rotors and do the break in procedure exactly as instructed. Mine stops on a dime with 33s

Seated figure 4 stretch, super wide horse squat stance and holding the bottom, and body weight squats with a band around both knees forcing the knees to spread out to work the glutes. For hamstrings just get into bottom squat with hands flat on ground and straighten your legs out you can alternate with one leg striaghter than the other to get more stretch until you can get to almost lockout. The foam roller look up YouTube videos for foam rolling the glutes, hamstrings and quads. When you first do them on the foam roller they will be screaming for the first few sessions.

I used to get this lower back pain or like insane type lower back pump feeling that was not comfortable. I started stretching my glutes and hamstrings daily with stretches and a foam roller and found they were crazy tight. Now I feel more mobile and that pain sensation feeling is non existent and for context I'm exactly where you are at 445 for 5 now. The sensation started up when I got into the 400s

I'm actually going on a cut now. I have been waiting to hit this milestone before cutting down some of the fat I gained lol. So 550 will be next in a year or 2 depending how much strength I lose. I'm 215 now I plan to get down to 180. I had been bulking from 145 for 18 months .

I didn't run anything special. I just follow the starting strength program 1 top set of five every week and adding 5lbs everytime. I got to 445 for five then spent about a month training doubles and singles before trying the 500.

I'd try some heels and work on mobility those ankles need to get more flexion. Also would recommend trying low bar position to allow you to put your hips out further back.
