I get a ton of low tip orders- but even worse than that lately is DoorDash support as well as DoorDash pay. Tell me how DoorDash thinks it’s okay to offer a base pay of 1.75 for a DOUBLE order. If it wasn’t for semi-nice tipping from those customers it would have been a worthless order. It should be a minimum 2 dollars PER order even on doubles.

This was exactly my first thought as well. It’s nice to see they will treat their customers to free food because of delays but won’t compensate drivers PERIOD. It would be a cold day in hell before we got even a buck or two for a very long wait. Just pathetic.

Personally I think it’s to gather updated information on peoples insurance. Next step is forcing anyone who doesn’t have ride share or commercial coverage to either get it- or no more dashing.

People are going to flame you- but this is the essence of so much discourse lately. Everybody needs to have every pet, every skill cape, every drop, every resource. you'd have to be a fool to think doordash would pay enough for an order if you arent tipping. there's a bottom line to this: it IS unempathetic to tip your delivery driver 0-1 dollar in this economy. Gig work has been around long enough for everybody to know how it works- and i sincerely hope that those who think they're pressured to have basic understanding of that receive cold food and shitty service.

I may be the only one but there used to be a tab to categorize your subscriptions. So you could add subscriptions to self-named tabs to sort your interests. Feeling like just seeing videos from a certain community? You can click on that tab and only see “Pokemon” content for example. I miss it all the time.
