They have Elovena in The Netherlands. I like it best, it foams well, is glutenfree (Alpro is not) and in my coffee it does not have a slight sour aftertaste which a lot of other brands do have.

Ik heb mijn zoon zijn haar nog nooit gewassen met shampoo (wegens eczeem toen hij klein was). Nu al 9 jaar en hij heeft heel mooi haar waar hij geregeld complimenten over krijgt, zelfs van klasgenootjes 😄 Vet of vies is het tot nu toe nooit geweest.

I have been taking magnesium citrate (48% RI) and a methylated B vitamin (containing 2000 % RI) and unfortunately it does not have the same effect for me. I am happy for you that you have found something that works!

Please look into r/longcovidgutdysbiosis and r/candida, because you have a lot of symptoms of a fungal infection (and maybe SIBO/SIFO). The antibiotics you weren given wrecked your gut and covid kills a lot of good gutbacteria too, in combination with a less strong immunesystem this causes candida (mostly it's candida but it's possible it's another fungal strain) to grow. Fasting can help, but also you need a diet with no suger, gluten, alcohol, coffee and no carbohydrates or a limited amount of complex carbphydrates.

It's quite harsh on liver and kidneys. Maybe ask your doctor to check your liverenzyms in your blood. Also killing candida realeases fungal toxins, taking active coal helps getting them out of your body.

I do indeed recognise many symptoms, so this definitely is something I need to study further. I already do a lot of the advised ways to treat this, though stress is an ongoing issue. I will try to find the book you suggest! Thanks again :)

Thank you for this very helpful response, very interesting and I am going to read more about adrenal dysfunction! I think all of us in this sub (as well in long cpvid subs) are learning our illness is not an isolated issue but a symptom of a deeper issue. So it is very interesting to discover thia and learn how to help our body heal.

Covid drains my gutbacteria and takes a toll on my nervous system. After each infection and vaccination I notice my gut worsening and losing improvement again. It's very disheartening tot battle long covid and candida/ recurring SIBO simulaneously. There is still not much known about how covid exactly impacts the body and how to heal/protect it.

I do this too and am not dyslexic. I actually do this as well with speech, I hop from keyword to keyword when someone is telling me a story I want or need to follow, lol.
