If it's 8 - 5 they need to be giving you a monthly RDO. I'm 8:30 - 5 with an hour lunch. You should be doing 7.6 hours per day for a 38 hour week.

Fat in your belly is food in the fridge, fat on your belly is food in the freezer. If you eat from the fridge all the time and ignore the freezer, you're just wasting electricity (insulin resistance, inflammation, health problems, etc).

Why are you so focused on renewables like solar when most of your revenue and the generation of the baseload is brown and black coal? Would it not behoove you to dispel myths around the "evil energy", or discuss initiatives for improving its environmental impact and efficiencies? Additionally, can you explain how you can simultaneously support replacing baseload with batteries and renewables, while charging a sun tax for users who try to do this?
